After almost 20 years working in corporate, administrative and management roles, I felt a growing pull towards something more meaningful. Whilst I gained valuable experience throughout my career, I knew I wanted to spend my time doing work that genuinely gave back to the collective and supported people's wellbeing in a deeper way.
That calling led me to train as a massage therapist and begin a journey that continues to evolve through bodywork, somatic healing and holistic wellbeing practices. Today, I feel incredibly grateful to support people in reconnecting with themselves through therapeutic touch, presence and compassionate care.
I specialise in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Natural Facials using Neal's Yard Remedies products and 1:1 Somatic Healing Journeys. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, blending professional training with an intuitive and nurturing approach. My intention is to create a space where you can slow down, release tension, restore balance and feel deeply supported.
Alongside my private practice, I have gained invaluable experience working as a massage therapist within a chiropractic clinic. This has deepened my understanding of muscular and postural imbalances and how massage can support pain relief, mobility and overall health. It has also strengthened my belief that true wellbeing comes from looking at the whole person rather than simply treating symptoms.
I hold a Level 3 Award in Body Massage with Distinction and a Practitioner's Diploma in Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage. I have completed my certification as a Trauma Informed Coach with the Centre for Healing. I am fully insured and a member of The National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapy (NAMMT), so you can feel confident that you're in safe and experienced hands.
Beyond my work as a therapist, I have a deep passion for music, movement and the body's innate capacity to heal. I believe that healing can take many forms and that when we create the right conditions, the body often knows exactly what it needs. Whether through massage, somatic practices, dance, movement or music, I am fascinated by the ways we can reconnect with ourselves and cultivate greater wellbeing.
Music has always been a huge part of my life and I'm also a DJ. For me, music is a powerful healing modality that has the ability to shift energy, evoke emotion, create connection and bring us into the present moment. You can explore my mixes here.
A little touch of magic is woven through everything I offer. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive space where you can take a pause from the outside world, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more at home in your body.
I work from Massage and Wellbeing on Gandy Street and Leftfield Wellness on Bedford Street in Exeter and look forward to welcoming you.
